PAYMENT:
Payments are processed directly through the PayPal website to ensure the security of your credit card information. Stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Production of a custom fin begins 24 hours after the order is paid for; the fin is the property of the customer while it is in production.

SHIPPING:
Fin and apparel items are shipped insured by USPS Priority Mail which also allows domestic US and international shipments to be tracked.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax of 8.75% is automatically applied to all orders delivered within the state of California.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Curtis Fins ships orders worldwide. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards via PayPal. The exchange rate is determined by our credit card processor on the day your order is charged.  International buyers should be aware of the laws of their own country and should be prepared to deal with any and all customs-related fees and charges. Taxes, duties, VAT and any other levies assessed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Any currency conversion fees charged by the credit card company are also the buyer's responsibility.  International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in cases where we have made an error -i.e., shipped you the wrong item. Be sure to obtain approval with info@curtisfins.com so we can authorize the return. IN CASES OF DAMAGE IN SHIPPING to insured packages/freight, it is the shippers policy that it is the customers responsibility to make damage claims, though we will help in any way we can.  Please be sure to save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as received.  Customers requiring package tracking outside the US; or package insurance, must request Priority Mail service for an added fee.

PRIVACY:
Curtis Fins takes your privacy seriously. Payments are processed directly through the PayPal website to ensure the security of your credit card information. Other information, such as your name and address, is shared only with the shipping company in order to permit the delivery of your order.
Siren may use your email address to keep you aware of what's happening in the world of Siren, but we do not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.

RISK OF LOSS:
Risk of loss for items purchased at CurtisFins.com pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Customers requiring shipping upgraded shipping options (2-day, next-day, etc.) should contact us prior to placing an order.
